Imported personal parcels are mainly for personal use and must comply with the quantity, total amount, name and purpose stipulated in national laws and regulations.
The customs determined that when the package was imported to Taiwan and inspected, it was required to make a formal customs declaration because it did not meet the regulations. It was returned out of the country and was not allowed to be imported. The package was abandoned and destroyed locally. The customer may not ask for anything else and must comply with the regulations. Customs will explain the reasons.
Frequent occurrences: too much health food, food exceeding 6kg, medicines for personal use exceeding the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration or not allowed to be imported, medical equipment... Please ask the customs customer service staff or the official customs website. We are only general transportation service providers and can help with general merchandise. However, if it is a professional or special product that requires professional knowledge, you need to ask the customs or relevant government units yourself. We are unable to assist. If any customs clearance failure occurs, we will not take any responsibility and cannot claim compensation.
Fees that customers may have to pay:
*To re-declare a formal declaration: pay a declaration fee of 600 yuan and pay customs duties (with customs receipt).
*Destroy abandoned packages: Pay a fine starting from 6,000 yuan (with customs receipt), no legal liability.
*Return out of the country: You need to pay the return export fee to Taiwan, which is about 5,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan. There is no legal responsibility.
*The country of return shipment is decided and notified by the Red Sea. Please inform us if you have individual needs.

Export duties
